Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure timely production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production processes to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. The Production Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence.

Our company is building fleets of mobile robots to automate transportation of goods within supermarkets. Our diverse team of approximately twenty individuals from nearly just as many countries collaborates on cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the industry. Our office is located in Odense.  Our team fosters an informal environment, with over seventeen languages spoken among us. Key Responsibilities

Overseeing Production Processes: You will be responsible for overseeing the production process from start to finish, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Ensuring Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards, and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Managing Resources: You will be responsible for managing resources such as raw materials, equipment, and labour, ensuring that everything is used efficiently and effectively.
Developing and Implementing Strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Work closely with technical development team to ensure that the production process is optimised to the new products & technologies being developed.
Maintaining Safety Standards: You will be responsible for ensuring that all safety standards are met, and that all staff are trained in safety procedures.
Detail oriented & data driven mindset: collecting, interpreting and communicating data at all levels of the production process to identify patterns and trends to constantly improve quality, efficiency and costs.
Documentation: be able to create SOPs and other documentation at a very high standard. To ensure quality & process control.
Testing: experience in defining test protocols

Qualifications

Higher education in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field.
At least 3 years experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing process and best practice. 
Excellent organization and leadership skills. 
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. 
Ability to analyse data and make responsible decisions. 
Curiosity: towards understanding how the products and technologies work and finding solutions to various production focused problems.
