Who we are

Coalescent Mobile Robotics is a Danish technology company developing and producing Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) tailored for hospitals, pharmaceutical environments, industrial production, and retail sectors. As a growing SME with a strong innovation agenda, we are now seeking a Chairman of the Board to support our next phase of strategic growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and engaged Chairman of the Board who can bring sector-specific knowledge, strategic insight, and a strong network to support our leadership team and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate quarterly board meetings in Odense.
Provide strategic guidance to the executive team, with a focus on scaling operations and market expansion.
Act as a sparring partner to the CEO and management on business development, partnerships, and investor engagement.
Leverage industry knowledge to support decision-making in automation, healthcare, industrial, and retail sectors.
Contribute to strengthening the company’s investor network and funding strategy.
Ensure good governance and alignment with company vision and values.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Danish business landscape within automation, healthcare, industrial production, or retail.
Experience with SMEs: Proven experience working with or advising small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), preferably in a growth or scale-up phase.
Location: Based in Denmark or nearby, with the ability to attend quarterly board meetings in Odense.
Network: Strong connections within relevant sectors and investor communities.
Leadership: Prior board experience or senior executive role with strategic oversight responsibilities.
